I first heard this music when I was three years old, and had a casette of Down to the Moon. I rediscovered the album in a used record shop yesterday and was shocked that after 22 years of not listening to the album, and not having heard the music since the age of three, I still felt familiar with the melodies. I think the brilliance in this music and my exposure to it at such a young age enabled me throughout my 25 years to be an open-minded, critical, and analytical listener to many genres of music, past and present, from modern electropop to the waltz for orchestra. I loved Down to the Moon when I was a mere toddler, and while I forgot about it for so long, I believe it had a profound impact on my appreciation for music throughout my entire life. Thank you for making the music and for enhancing my life.
